How do I reserve my date?
Check your date, send a quote request, and once you've picked a package we'll send your contract. Your date is reserved when the signed contract and deposit are received. The deposit is non-refundable and goes toward your total.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due before setup on the day of your event. You can pay online ahead of time through your portal, or by cash, cashier's check or money order.
When do you need our song list and timeline?
Please have your planner filled out at least 7 days before the event — including a do-not-play list. You can update it in your portal any time before then.
Will you play our guests' requests?
Absolutely. We take requests through the night and read the room. Anything on your do-not-play list stays off — no exceptions.
How early do you arrive?
We arrive about 90 minutes before your start time to set up and sound-check, so everything is ready before guests walk in.
What do you need from the venue?
A roughly 6×6 ft area for the DJ setup, a standard grounded outlet within 50 feet, and cover from the weather for outdoor events. Let us know about stairs or tricky load-ins ahead of time.
Can we add more time on the night?
Yes — additional time is billed at the overtime rate listed with your package.
